Baby C - the only one that would stop long enough to get a good pic!
Baby A - aka "the gymnast" - she was in constant motionAll three
So I'm sure all of you now know that we are having 2 girls and a boy. We had our big ultrasound appointment with the specialist last Tuesday. It really was one of the most amazing experiences ever. They spent about a half hour on each baby taking measurements, looking at the organs, etc. You can imagine the suspense we felt when we had to wait about 20 minutes in between to find out the gender of the next baby. Baby A and Baby B were first and we found out they were girls. We were holding our breath (Mike especially) that Baby C would be our boy. We erupted in a cheer when we found out that he was.
All of the babies weighed 8 oz each which is the average weight for a baby at 18 weeks. This was wonderful news as well. So many people are still telling me how tiny I am and at times it makes me nervous. Anyway, we left the doctors office in Sacramento feeling like we are in good hands and we are looking forward to our next visit in about 4 weeks.
Everyone keeps asking how I am feeling and I can't complain. My body tells me when to stop and I just pay attention to it. I'll keep going to work until I know that it is better for the babies that I rest. I just keep telling the babies to grow, grow, grow.
Mike and I thank you for all of your prayers!
